Questions: I will be present as much as possible during the maintenance evenings on Mondays and, when possible, during maintenance weekends. I will be available for questions at those times. Outside of these times, you can email me with your questions.
Requests / Wishes for Jaffa: Do you have a request or wish for Jaffa? Send me an email including the following:
- what you would like
- what is needed to make it happen (and what it will cost)
- how you plan to do it
Only then will I consider your request.
Requests for the 2026–2027 maintenance season must be submitted to me before November 1, 2026.
And furthermore:
- Missing something from the maintenance list? Send me an email (do not add it yourself!).
- Need something? Let me or the Matco know.
- Keep the progress on your task updated! So please add the progress in the remarks column for the corresponding task.
Cost/Expenses: Do you need or want to purchase something? You must first ask the klusploegleider or the Matco for permission. If you do not ask for permission beforehand, you may not claim the expenses and you will not be reimbursed.
Priority
- Needs to be done in the maintenance season
- Preferably done during the maintenance season
- Could be done in the sailing season
- Can be postponed to the next maintenance season
- We can also leave this be
