Dwarsligger

The newest acquisition of the association, a Breehorn Polyvalk.

Dwarsligger (The dutch word for railroad tie and also for an obstructionist) ties together the two tracks of the association: The sword boat discipline on the Twente Canal, and sailing with a crew on a cabin sailer. Because the Twente Canal is somewhat closer to the UT than Friesland, the hope is that Dwarsligger will provide a lower threshold for learning how to sail with a crew.
