InstructieCie

The instructieCie is the instruction committee. Its focus is on improving the way sailing is taught at Euros. To that end, the committee is tasked with re-writing the Waardigheidsrichtlijn of each boat in a new style that gives more in-depth information on requirements, and will make it easier to keep track of progress on the way to becoming Waardig. The instructieCie is also aiming to make more materials available for skippers to improve didactics (how to teach). The committee maintains books for members to borrow, and organises lectures on various topics during the off-season. The committe also organises workout sessions.

To join the instructieCie it is recommended to have sailing experience, but more importantly teaching/coaching (sailing) or other didactic experience.
